Beelistic Tattoo would like to welcome our newest member Ned Dixon. Ned previously Pierced at Creative Modern Body Art in Covington KY until joining the Army in 2002. He has since returned after two tours of duty in Iraq to regain his crown as the best piercer in Cincinnati.
